Relax ..... cancel pandemic plans

Well, there you have it. More paranoia shot to bits……. No bird flu. According to a senior official of the United Nations, the pandemic is like the Y2K paranoia, where once again …. Nothing happened. See article about the failure of the spread, let alone mutation of bird flu ……..

So cancel your pandemic plans. You’ll have to wait to resume your anxiety for the next “boogie man” that the media hypes based on the economic interest of a few. There are a few people in political power than have profited greatly from this media event. And what about all of that plastic and duct tape that was recommended by President George Bush's Administration Homeland Security Office for the Anthrax Outbreak? Where did all of that stuff go? I think the only Anthrax that actually showed up was in the office of an outspoken political adversary of the current administration.

And where are all of these terrorist? Who knows what yellow, orange and red security warnings mean?

The point is STRESS KILLS…… really.

We have known about the disastrous effects of stress. Heart disease, diabetes, and cancer are all linked to stress. Anxiety, depression and stress are major health concerns for most of America. We are a stressed out, hyped up, nervous, and very sick nation. Most Americans have been given a pharmaceutical product for the angst. Our kids are certainly medicated. We even put our pets on antidepressants and anti anxiety medications. What a profitable bonanza for the policy makers who make us nervous and the companies that they invest in. Get the message. The truth will set you free

RELAX. What happens happens. Breath. Don’t worry. Most of these things are not worth worrying about because the truth has been so severely manipulated. The thing you need to worry about is the stress that this junk is causing your cells.

Adopt a stress free life for the time that you are here…. Your lifetime.

Go for walks.

Have fun.

Get a hobby.

Only think about the things that you can do something about.

AVOID PARANOID MEDIA, AND PEOPLE. They are toxic.

Relearn to enjoy life.

Eat a new and exciting food.

Eat whole food to avoid being jazzed up by chemicals

Learn to meditate or pray to regain your focus.

Celebrate your life.
