We begin all Wellness planning with an assessment: You define where you are, where you want to be, what you perceive stops you from getting there, and what resources are available to you. This assessment is based on 10 key factors in your life: Image of self, Quality of significant relationships, Quality of time expenditures, Eating & nourishing self, Sleep & rejuvenating self, Exercise & fitness, Play & entertainment, Creative thinking, Goal setting & achieving, and Health obstacles. We ask that you not judge yourself harshly, but merely honestly, in terms of your assessment. "Life is a journey, not a destination". We all know that if we are honest about where we are, we stand a much better chance of defining where we are not, YET.
